Introducing the fresh features series! In this series, we will share what our development team have been working on at MODLR HQ to deliver new capabilities to our users - enhancing their modelling and analytics experience in the MODLR Cloud.
Now, time to share our latest updates:
Write-back functionality added to Cards feature
This new write-back functionality means when any user is working with Cards in MODLR, they no longer need to leave the dashboard interface to update data or information in the Cube. Instead, the new write-back functionality means any new data they input or existing data they update gets automatically saved to the Cube in the back-end. This functionality update provides users with a more flexible user experience for planning interfaces while streamlining their workflow in the MODLR Platform.
OpenID Connect Authentication Protocol
MODLR now supports OpenID Connect (OIDC) for single sign-on (SSO) to streamline and secure sign-in processes. OpenID Connect is a simple identity layer on top of the OAuth 2.0 protocol. With OpenID Connect, MODLR users can now sign in to their identity provider (IdP), such as Okta, JumpCloud or Microsoft Azure, and automatically sign in to their MODLR server.
